A Distinguished Look, Crafted and Refined in London

Poppy London is a contemporary, high-end London fur company. They approached us to help redesign and redevelop their e-commerce website and in the process improve the look of the overall brand. Through the process we would design Poppy London a new logo, define stronger rules in the way of type and colours and develop an e-commerce experience that was simple to use and easy to explore.

The design of the Poppy London website took several stages as we carefully considered its purpose from a user experience perspective. We introduced a dynamic shopping bag feature that would dynamically update when an item was added to the cart. With a click of the mouse and without the user leaving the current page, they could view and adjust what was in their shopping cart and begin the checkout process.

The launch of the Poppy London website will be a fluid transition from the site they have currently. We considered each channel of their marketing process and ensures that all aspects of the new site were measurable in terms of user behaviour. This includes features such as email sign ups, checkout abandonment tracking and links with current campaigns on social media.
